2025’s project pipeline is a mix of ground-up development, conversions and renovation projects.
They include:
· A demolition of current fuel station and a ground-up build for Circle K in Palm Beach, Fla. The 4,988-square foot building with six fueling stations is to be completed in Q3 2025.
· A ground-up build of a 178,000-square foot Walmart Supercenter and 1,500-square foot fuel station in Jacksonville, Fla, only its second ground-up construction of a Supercenter in the last 4 years. Scheduled completion is late 2025.
· A conversion of a former 24,100-square foot Winn-Dixie into a 15,500-square foot Aldi in Fort Myers, Fla. This renovation is expected to be completed in July with more Aldi conversions in the 2025-2026 pipeline.
· A 5,000-square foot pickup and delivery addition for a Walmart Supercenter in Owens Cross Roads, Ala., utilizing 3D concrete printing (3DCP) technology in partnership with Alquist 3D, the leading builder of 3D concrete printing within the United States. The walls of the 5,000-square foot structure were 3D concrete printed in just 7 days with full build out completed in late April.
· Interior remodel of a Tractor Supply located in Ooltewah, Tenn and an interior remodel + side lot expansion in Smithville, Tenn which was completed in June.
· Construction of 50 WingX delivery drone hangers throughout the Southeast for Wing Aviation, a subsidiary of Google.
· A ground-up build of a 10 double-sided fuel station and 1,600-square foot building for Walmart in Sumter County, Fla.
· A full remodel of Sam’s Club in Port Charlotte, Fla. completed with a grand reopening celebration in April.
· An expansion and remodel of a 5,500-square foot West Marine in Ft. Pierce, Fla.
· A ground-up fuel station in West Palm Beach, Fla. that includes a 4,760-square foot building.
Other projects in the pipeline include a neighborhood grocery store chain, automotive dealership, national home improvement store, warehouse club, fitness club and boating supply retailer.

The first of its kind for the world’s largest retailer, an 8,000-square foot online pick-up and delivery (OPD) addition to an existing Supercenter in Athens, Tenn., is the largest commercial 3DCP structure in the U.S. The second 3DCP project was a 5,000-square foot OPD addition to an existing Walmart Supercenter in Owens Crossroads, Ala., which was completed in a record-breaking seven days. The grand reopening was May 9th.
