FK Architecture, a Fugleberg Koch Company, is pleased to welcome Architectural Drafter Betsy “Ingrid” Rivera and Project Coordinator Anh “Misha” Tran. Rivera and Tran bring extensive industry experience from some of Florida’s top multifamily, retail, and mixed-use design firms.
Rivera, who brings over 25 years of design experience to the firm, previously served as an architectural designer for a Central Florida firm, where she focused on drafting dwelling unit design layouts and developing design concepts for various multifamily buildings. Through careful pre-planning with software such as Revit, Rivera consistently delivers detailed architectural drawings that align with industry design standards and quality requirements. At FK Architecture, she is also supporting the Interiors Department with clubhouse design development, contributing her technical skillset and eye for detail to enhance the firm’s community amenity offerings. Rivera earned her Drafting Certification from Orange Technical College and later attended Cambridge College of Healthcare & Technology.

Tran joins FK Architecture with more than 12 years of experience in the industry, spanning Vietnam and the United States. She has worked on multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, and educational projects. A skilled researcher, Tran brings a thorough understanding of relevant building codes to her projects, enabling her to craft necessary construction documents expertly. She recently graduated with her Associate Degree in Construction Management from Seminole State College and is now pursuing her Bachelor of Science in the same field at the same institution. Tran received her bachelor’s degree in architecture in Vietnam.
