Five Star Building Corp. has expanded their physical presence into Boston, opening an office at the Navy Yard in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Building on a year of growth, and aiming to elevate service to eastern Massachusetts clients, the new space opened for business on April 10th, 2017.
According to Five Star President and CEO Kevin Perrier, the company’s total sales projection for 2017 is $70 million. The creation of a physical presence in Boston is a response to this growth, and the next obvious step for the company.
“Our new Boston office helps us serve our clients east of Worcester and ensures we can deliver a quality product. We’ve invested heavily in technology and infrastructure for our company, and our new office in Charlestown is just one example of our ongoing commitment to our clients across the state and beyond.”
The new office is staffed with five full-time employees, and provides easy access and parking for clients and staff. The modern space was designed by Susan Sclafani of 5 Hills Design, and includes views of the historic Navy Yard.
A sampling of clients served out of the Charlestown office include:
Muji Brooklyn: construction of a new Muji retail store in Brooklyn, NY ($2 million) Southwest Airlines: various projects throughout Logan and Bradley airports  Town of Westborough: Forbes Municipal Building ($10.5 million) Town of Uxbridge: Fire Station ($9 million) Town of Plymouth: Rising Tide Charter School ($9 million)
Five Star Building Corp. is located in Easthampton, MA, and is considered New England’s premiere, full-service construction management and general contracting firm.
