The Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) has formalized its 2025-2026 conference and regional events schedule, beginning with the FGIA 2025 Annual Conference taking place February 17-20 in Orlando, FL. Registration for this event will open in December.

“Member feedback guided the FGIA Board’s strategic planning to target a blend of upscale venues and more affordable city locations for our events. This approach allows us to deliver a high-value experience to complement our content-rich programming,” said Florica Vlad, FGIA Events Manager.

2025 FGIA Events
• Annual Conference, February 17-20 – Hyatt Regency, Orlando, FL
• FENBC Region Summit, April 1-2 – Northview Country Club, Surrey, BC
• Southeast Region Meeting, April 22-23 – Clearwater Beach Marriott on Sand Key, Clearwater, FL
• Summer Summit, June 17-18 – Virtual
• Western Region Summit, September 10 – Virtual
• Fall Conference, October 6-9 – JW Marriott, Indianapolis, IN
• FENBC Region Summit, October 29 – Virtual

2026 FGIA Events
• Annual Conference, March 2-5 – Hyatt Regency, Huntington Beach, CA
• Summer Conference, June 22-25 – Virtual
• Fall Conference, August 31-September 3 – Hyatt Regency, Calgary, AB

“We are so excited that our Southeast Region will be meeting in person for the first time in many years to discuss the latest in codes, regulations and other regionally specific matters face-to-face with experts and officials in that area,” said Vlad.
Vlad would also like to remind event participants of a format change in 2025, when the FGIA summer event will be hosted virtually.
“This virtual summer event will look more like an expanded virtual regional meeting in order to allow more industry professionals to engage with the association,” said Vlad. “Virtual regional events will continue to be offered, focusing on content of interest to those members.”
