With a rich history spanning nearly 200 years, BV has a vast network of people and offices across the globe. In the United States, BV has 6,000 employees working in 129 offices and labs.
With this transaction, EMG, a Bureau Veritas Company, takes a meaningful step forward in becoming the most accurate, reliable, consistent and timely provider of technical assessments and project management services in the United States. While this is certainly big news, the impact to our organization and our clients will be minimal. Specifically, there will be little to no changes to our operations, leadership, offices, or employees. EMG will continue to be your trusted partner and continue to go above and beyond on every project, every time.

EMG’s success has been fueled by our engaged, dedicated employees and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. BV operates much the same way. This transaction will open-up new opportunities for EMG, such as greater scale, an international platform, complimentary services, industry best practices, and enhanced technology platforms. What will change?
