This strategic partnership broadens FBi’s presence and significantly enhances EIB’s capacity to serve customers within and beyond its traditional service area.
For decades, Eastern Iowa Building has built a strong reputation as a trusted local builder, serving communities within approximately a 60-mile radius of Cedar Rapids from its base in Fairfax. This acquisition reinforces that commitment. Customers can be assured EIB is not going anywhere; it will proudly maintain its operations and local presence in Fairfax, Iowa. All existing warranties and repair services for past customers will continue to be honored and managed by the EIB team.
The decision to join forces with FBi Buildings stems from Eastern Iowa Building’s vision to grow and reach more individuals and businesses needing quality construction. The acquisition by FBi will provide EIB with additional resources, operational support, and expanded market reach, empowering them to serve a wider geographical area.
