Duro-Last, a member of Holcim Building Envelope, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Warner as its new Vice President of Operations. With more than 20 years of experience in operational leadership and a strong background in lean manufacturing and strategic process optimization, Warner will be instrumental in enhancing Duro-Last’s operational excellence and advancing its commitment to safety and superior customer service.

In this role, Warner will focus on expanding Duro-Last’s manufacturing footprint, lean manufacturing principles and operational efficiencies. His role will also encompass strategic planning, supply chain management and capital improvement initiatives, all aimed at driving Duro-Last’s growth and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality roofing solutions.
Warner brings a wealth of industry experience, having previously served as vice president of operations for Omnimax International, where he managed a network of 11 sites and achieved substantial value creation through lean methodologies. Prior to that, he served as vice president of operations at Boral Building Products Inc., where he successfully implemented safety and enterprise resource planning systems across multiple locations, spearheading cross-functional initiatives that increased revenue and enhanced operational performance.
