DRI-STEEM Corporation (DriSteem), the leading manufacturer of humidity control, evaporative cooling, and water treatment products, is pleased to announce that Shawn Thao has joined the company as the new Electrical Engineering Manager.

In his new role, Shawn Thao will oversee the strategy, planning, and tactical execution of all electrical and electronic design—from component selection and software systems development to integrating state-of-the-art controls across DriSteem’s extensive product portfolio. Shawn’s experience will drive quality and reliability enhancements while fostering best practices that align with DriSteem’s long-standing tradition of excellence.

Georgia DOT joins 11 states requiring e-Ticketing in 2026

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has launched a statewide e-Ticketing initiative—starting in 2026, all contractors will be required to use e-Ticketing under Section 110 of GDOT specifications.
