Doran Manufacturing is pleased to announce the integration of tire pressure and temperature data with Digital Fleet’s 100% cloud-based platform to help Ready Mix Concrete and Construction Materials fleets reduce tire related operating expenses, increase equipment uptime, and improve vehicle safety. Now, customers using both Doran and Digital Fleet can have tire pressure and temperature information clearly displayed on their Digital Fleet dashboard for convenience and clarity.

Data captured and displayed includes real-time notifications for cautionary & critical low-pressure alerts, rapid deflation events, and high tire temperature conditions. These insights also provide drivers, managers, and fleet maintenance teams with real-time visibility on problem tires through email notification of active TPMS status changes, TPMS alert reporting by vehicle and visibility of current tire pressure and temperature readings through the Digital Fleet dashboard.

“We are beyond excited to be integrating Doran’s tire monitoring system into the Digital Fleet platform,” stated Chris Wurtz, Division President of Digital Fleet. “The simplicity and robustness of Doran TPMS makes the decision a ‘no-brainer’ for fleets that want to increase visibility and awareness of their assets’ tire health. With this integration, we deliver critical TPMS information to the right people in the organization to ensure that trucks operate efficiently and safely.”

“Digital Fleet has earned a stellar reputation within the Ready Mix Concrete and Construction Materials industry, with a robust platform,” stated Doran President Jim Samocki. “So, we’re thrilled to work with them to provide tire monitoring information. With a more complete picture of their operations, Doran and Digital Fleet customers can reduce tire related repair and maintenance costs and enhance the safety of their operations.”

Both Digital Fleet and Doran will both be featuring the integration in their exhibits at RMCA’s ConcreteWorks show, in Nashville, TN from October 1-2, in booths 323 and 220 respectively.
