The NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins have hired the Buccini/Pollin Group to oversee the $750 million transformation of the former Civic Arena into a mixed-use development with up to 1,420 housing units, a hotel, a music venue, a 10,000-square-foot food hall, 810,000 square feet of office space and 190,000 square feet of retail.
