New construction plans were recently released for World Trade Center Towers 2, 3 and 4 in New York City. The 4 WTC tower will reach 72 floors and become the first completed office building on the original site. Potential tenants are being sought for 2 WTC, while 3 WTC is scheduled to open in 2016.
