LT Global Investment of Hong Kong wants to build a $450 million, mixed-use “urban core” project near a Major League Baseball stadium in Anaheim, Calif., and it received approval from the city’s planning commission. A three-diamond hotel and 200 apartments would be part of the project, and work could begin late next year. Read the Los Angeles Times story here
