Chicken N Pickle has broken ground at The Farm in Allen, a 135-acre mixed-use project at the southeast corner of Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Drive in Allen, Texas. JaRyCo Development, along with the original landowners, the Johnson family, have strategically chosen venues for The Farm in Allen that reflect its original history of gathering, community and making memories.
Chicken N Pickle’s main dining area is spacious enough for corporate and social events, from lunch meetings to large rehearsal dinners and team-building exercises. Bars and multiple dining areas can be found on the main floor, with additional tables on the rooftop and in the game yard. Besides numerous indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, Chicken N Pickle guests also enjoy a variety of lawn games, such as cornhole, ping pong, battleship and Jenga.
Established in 2016, Chicken N Pickle now has venues in Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona. Locations in Nevada, Colorado, Indiana and Nebraska have been announced and are under development.
Using responsibly raised, antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken, the menu includes delicious, rotisserie dishes available in four seasonings along with pork and beef sandwiches and their signature hand-cut fries and tots. Chicken N Pickle at The Farm in Allen is slated to open in early 2025 and will join other entertainment venues including High 5 and The Hub in the award-winning development.
The Farm in Allen is planned to have 1.6 million square feet of office space, 142,000 square feet of retail, a 150-key hotel, 60,000 square feet of restaurants, 112 townhomes and 2,400 urban residential units. The development will also embrace the property’s natural beauty with a 1.5-acre lake, boardwalk restaurants, more than 2.5 miles of hike and bike trails, a 16-acre greenbelt along Watters Creek and four additional park areas.
