The Chick-N-Bap concept began as a home-based pop-up created by college senior Sung Kim, who went on to turn it into a brick-and-mortar concept on the campus of his alma mater, State University of New York at Binghamton. The menu melds flavors of Korean cuisine and New York City street food, and the pandemic has given Kim time to develop new menu items and plan for future expansion to more college campuses.
