Charming Charlie has struck a deal with its lenders and private-equity backers to reorganize as it moves through the Chapter 11 process, The Wall Street Journal reports. The company expects to close around 100 underperforming stores in the reorganization, and it has secured two new loans from existing lenders to keep stores open and stocked.
