Castle Lanterra Properties (CLP) has appointed Hilary Davidson as Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Ms. Davidson will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of CLP’s value-enhancement strategy across its portfolio.
Hilary brings to CLP nearly 15 years of real estate finance and management experience as an analyst, underwriter and Chief Operating Officer of REITs, multifamily investment firms, hedge-funds, and private equity funds.
Most recently, Davidson was a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Shamrock Communities, LLC, a multifamily real estate investment company, where she played a broad leadership role focusing on asset management and directing all operational processes for property management entities associated with the company.
Previously, she was employed by Avalonbay Communities, Incorporated, where she screened and underwrote over $1B in acquisition opportunities. Prior to that, she worked at Hypatia Capital, where she sourced acquisitions of retail, media, and consumer goods companies, and at QVT Financial, LP, where she led the design and interior build-out of several office spaces in Manhattan.
Davidson earned a B.A. in Art History with a concentration in Finance and Engineering from Princeton University. She also received her MBA with Dean’s Honors, with a concentration in Real Estate, from Columbia Business School.
