CASE Construction Equipment has released an all-new “Heavy Metal” Hetfield Limited Edition TV450B compact track loader ready to roar onto jobsites. Based on its one-of-a-kind compact track loader designed for Metallica frontman James Hetfield, CASE’s exclusive release of just 25 Heavy Metal machines features a unique design that celebrates the fusion of meticulous craftsmanship and heavy metal spirit.

Looks That Scream Power
A custom wrap package modeled after one of Hetfield’s famous guitars brings heavy metal to life over the Hetfield Limited Edition TV450B’s gray base paint. The sides and back of the machine showcase exterior decals and badging that include a font reminiscent of Metallica’s iconic graphics and a skull with wings inspired by one of Hetfield’s tattoos. On the rear grill, a Hetfield decal is overlaid on a laser-cut steel nameplate secured with anti-tamper fasteners. The cab’s interior features a distinctive guitar-shaped, sequentially numbered serial badge and a Hetfield/CASE decal on the seat.

Loaded with the same features that helped make the CASE TV450B an industry staple, the Hetfield Limited Edition TV450B is a workhorse with a hefty 90-horsepower engine, 4,500 lbs. (2,045 kg) operating capacity and low ground pressure, allowing operators to lift more without disturbing existing turf. The machine is loaded with high-flow hydraulics so operators can easily power demanding attachments, such as cold planers, mulching heads and stump grinders. Its operator-first design includes a comfortable, roomy cab and easy-to-use controls, so operators can focus on handling tough construction, landscaping or agriculture jobs with less fatigue and more precision. This special edition TV450B also comes equipped with maintenance-free CASE EZ Trac, which helps extend track life and offers superior traction, enhanced stability and greater productivity through a rigid-mounted undercarriage with rollers on pivoting bogeys.
