O’Neil Construction Company, Kitchell Construction and Adolfson & Peterson Construction. Over the years, he has been instrumental in steering business growth, diversifying portfolios and expanding regional operations. His leadership has been central to delivering innovative solutions in competitive markets while driving success across sectors such as affordable housing, senior living, aviation and higher education.
