Terralux DRVL: Break the 600 million bulb cycle

The EPA estimates that 600 million fluorescent tubes and CFLs are disposed of annually, with over 80% ending up in landfills. But the ongoing maintenance and cost of replacing CFLs can be broken with a simple lighting upgrade.
The Terralux DRVL is designed to replace either a single 13-watt CFL bulb or a single 18-watt CFL bulb inside existing commercial downlights.   The DRVL features rapid-installation process without requiring connection to an external ballast or driver, and provides up to 800 lumens. These fixtures are most typically found in hotels, medical buildings, educational facilities, multifamily buildings, and offices in high run commercial common areas like hallways.
