Big-D Signature has completed the construction of Hearth and Hill, a new 7,500 square foot restaurant located in the vibrant Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City.

Owned and operated by the Hill Top Hospitality group, Hearth and Hill is the group’s fourth restaurant, offering an inviting atmosphere paired with contemporary American cuisine.

Located on Highland Drive, one block west of Sugar House Park, the restaurant was designed to accommodate nearly 300 guests simultaneously. Hearth and Hill features distinctive design elements, including a double height dining room with clerestory windows that enhance natural lighting. Guests will experience an engaging dining atmosphere with an expo cookline surrounded by detailed tile work extending from the floor to the second level ceiling.

The space also offers a comfortable bar area and a private dining room featuring a unique single track sliding stacking glass wall. Other highlights include the spacious kitchen, providing ample room for culinary creativity and efficiency.

“The Hearth and Hill restaurant project has been an incredible journey for our team this winter,” said Cody Dusenberry, Big-D Signature Senior Project Manager. “Despite the hurdles we faced, our team navigated through the project with excellent communication, working closely with the base builder and our Salt Lake City team to overcome unexpected obstacles. This collaboration ensured Big-D Signature’s success. We can confidently put our team up against any challenge and know they’ll not only meet it but do so with unmatched class.”

Hearth and Hill in Sugar House is now open, promising exceptional food in an atmosphere of comfort and connection. You can visit their website by clicking here: https://hearth-hill.com/sugar-house/
