Big-D Midwest, along with Real Estate Equities and Urbanworks Architecture, recently celebrated the opening of The Landing at Amber Fields, an affordable housing development located in Rosemount, MN.
The Landing at Amber Fields Apartments is part of the larger Amber Fields Development neighborhood that includes new construction homes and retail space and is conveniently located just south of the Twin Cities.
The 160-unit project offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom options–each of which features in-home washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Community amenities include a club room, fitness room, underground parking, outdoor patio, playground, and dog park. Additionally, the units are offered at 50%, 60% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
