Big-D Construction Midwest, in conjunction with Minnesota-based developer Bigos Management, recently began construction on 20 Townhomes in Rogers, MN.
The project, which marks Big-D Midwest’s second collaboration with Bigos, will consist of 20 units split between two buildings. The townhomes will be an addition to the existing complex, The Preserve at Commerce, which includes 198 apartment units. The property is conveniently located in the north-east corner of Highway 94 and 101.
Designed by ESG Architecture & Design, the two-level townhomes feature a main level living space with an open floor plan that includes a kitchen, dining room and living room. The second level is designed for living with a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms–two spacious bedrooms, and one primary suite with an ensuite bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the second level.
The units were designed with families in mind. Each townhome has its own backyard with a patio and privacy screen for true privacy feel. Additionally, each unit features an attached two-car garage.
