The franchise chain Beef Jerky Outlet has opened 26 locations, fueled by the demand for its unique products, which include ostrich, kangaroo and alligator jerky. Management expects to open 35 stores by the end of the year, as well as an additional 75 to 100 franchised stores in the same period.
