Lemole brings a strong track record of securing results in matters involving construction law and litigation, community association law, condominium and homeowner association turnover claims, and business law and commercial litigation. His deep litigation background helps business owners and individuals throughout Florida, New York, and New Jersey with construction defect and litigation challenges.
“Jon’s experience advising community associations through development transitions, contract negotiations, and major repairs will quickly make him a valued advisor to our clients and expand our geographic reach in West Florida,” said James C. Prichard, Managing Partner of Ball Janik LLP. “From cases to settlements, Jon’s effective litigation strategies will advance our clients’ and team’s objectives.”
Before joining Ball Janik, Lemole worked at a boutique law firm specializing in advising community associations.
