Using property data provided by our sister-company CommercialEdge, we ranked the nation’s top markets with the most industrial space under construction, as well as the biggest properties estimated to be completed this year.
Here are some key takeaways:

• Atlanta earned the 11th spot in our top 20 for projected industrial completions, with 10.5 million square feet of industrial space in the pipeline.
• At a national level, almost 600 million square feet of industrial space is currently under construction.
• Overall, Dallas-Fort Worth boasts the title of the most active industrial market, with 38 million square feet of industrial space currently in the works.
