New Jersey’s American Dream mall has set Oct. 1 to reopen its indoor amusement and entertainment areas and open some of its stores for the first time. Zara, H&M and Primark are among the retailers set to debut, and in the coming weeks the mall expects to announce more of the stores scheduled to open in the mall’s first phase.
