Amazon appears to have included its cashierless checkout technology in plans for a new full-size Amazon Fresh grocery store in Brookfield, Connecticut. The store will have gated entry and exit lanes located at the front of the store, which is a feature of Amazon’s “Just Walk Out” technology, as well as hardware that could be used for ceiling-mounted cameras and electronic shelving, the documents show.
