Allura USA Names Miguel Rangel CEO

Elementia USA and Plycem USA, which operates under the brand Allura USA, have announced a change in leadership. Effective September 8, 2025, Miguel Rangel will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer for both Elementia USA and Plycem USA. This appointment marks a new chapter for both organizations under a unified leadership structure.

In his current role as CEO of the Building Systems Division at Elementia Materiales—the parent company overseeing both organizations—Miguel has played a key role in shaping Allura’s strategic direction. Allura has reported directly to him during this time.

Miguel’s appointment will help strengthen the leadership team and support a smooth transition. His solid understanding of operations and alignment with the company’s strategic direction will provide crucial support as the organization moves forward.

“Miguel Rangel’s leadership experience with Allura, gained from overseeing the Building Systems Division at Elementia Materiales for the last three years, along with his broad knowledge and experience in this market, makes him ideally positioned to take on this new role within the company,” said Ricardo Yllescas, CFO for the USA Group.

Miguel emphasized Allura’s ongoing commitment to delivering robust, innovative, and visually appealing fiber cement products. He stated, “This strategic focus will reinforce the company’s dedication to the construction industry and strengthen its investments in the sector.” He also reaffirmed Allura’s loyalty to its partners, clients, and workforce, expressing optimism for continued success and long-term growth.

Allura USA is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement building solutions. Elementia USA provides shared business consolidation services for the U.S. subsidiaries of Elementia Materiales and Fortaleza Materiales, including Allura USA.
