A.C. Moore to close its 145 art-supply stores

New Jersey-based art-supply retailer A.C. Moore will shutter all 145 of its stores, and Michaels will take over the leases on about 40 of the locations and acquire A.C. Moore's intellectual property, the company said. The retailer has not yet announced a date for store closings. Read the USA Today story here
