CeraPro is an addition to our Raychem family of floor heating products, which include the QuickNet floor heating mat and the QuickStat-TC thermostat. Raychem CeraPro is a robust floor heating cable system. The CeraPro cable kit is comprised of a high grade fluoropolymer heating cable pre-assembled with cold lead and durable clips that are quick and easy to secure to the sub floor at 3-5 foot intervals. These clips serve as guides to fasten the cable to the floor and to maintain proper spacing of the heating cable. The heating cable can be used underneath tile, stone, engineered hardwood and laminate floors.
Raychem CeraPro offers many advantages to installers. The product is easy to install and is customizable to fit all room shapes and sizes. It is available in 120V and 208V/240V versions, and the variety of kit sizes can accommodate rooms ranging from 10 ft² to 100 ft² or larger by using multiple kits. The 3-mm heating cable is small enough to sit within the tile adhesive. Installers appreciate this low profile because it means there is no need for additional floor build-up prior to tiling.
Raychem CeraPro works with the fully programmable QuickNet-TC thermostat that operates automatically to ensure a comfortable floor temperature.
