Prior to joining Aquatherm, Rollins was a National Technical Manager for Harrington Industrial Plastics for 12 years, National Product Manager and District Manager for Asahi America for six years, Hayward Valve for four years, and Guardian Double Containment for four years. He is also a licensed journey plumber and worked in the plumbing field for 18 years.
