The Grand North – First re-pipe in San Diego

CMP partnered with The Grande North’s Board of Directors throughout the litigation process, and was hired by the Board as the construction manager for the project. This project was the first total re-pipe in downtown San Diego. The building was completely re-piped while maintaining occupancy of the building.
