The “Ovation” is the recently unveiled proposal to develop 145 acres in Cool Springs, Tenn., by developers SouthStar LLC and Highwoods Properties. The project will include over 1 million square feet of office buildings, a 300-room hotel, and 350,000 square feet of retail and dining space.
