The first iteration of RAFTRx University is designed for new project managers entering the roofing and exteriors industry with little experience. The four-week immersive program includes virtual and in-person classroom learning, hands-on shadowing, and ride-along opportunities with seasoned team members. The curriculum is designed to help new employees build a consistent customer experience, from their first interaction with a customer to the final thank you note they receive when the job is complete. Additionally, team members will learn the ins and outs of the insurance claims process. As RAFTRx standardizes the program, curriculums for more tenured employees will be developed.

At the helm of RAFTRx University is Matt Spanton, Vice President for RAFTRx, and a construction and claims consulting expert with a proven track record of helping clients navigate their large loss claim restoration projects.
