Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and operated commercial and residential real estate firm, announces the completion of a capital improvement project at the
Glenpointe Marriott, a 351-room full-service hotel located on the company’s
Glenpointe corporate campus in Teaneck, N.J.
The capital improvement project transformed the hotel’s 39,317-square-foot meeting and event space, seamlessly integrating natural elements inspired by the nearby Palisades Interstate Park with a sleek, contemporary design. Managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ in-house construction management team, in collaboration with
HotelStudio and
Kimmerle Newman Architects, the project included the replacement of carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the 1st and 2nd-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms as well as the 1,200-person capacity ballroom.
In addition, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises collaborated with
Soho Art Consulting to commission artwork from New Jersey artist Leena Joshi and others to complete the design transformation.
