Western Specialty Contractors has appointed territory in North Carolina and Florida for Region Manager Bill Hohmeier.
Effective Jan. 2017, Hohmeier no longer oversees the St. Louis Roofing or Indianapolis branch offices, and has added the Charlotte and Orlando branches to his territory, which also includes the following branches: Little Rock, Atlanta, St. Louis Masonry Restoration and Ft. Lauderdale.
As Region Manager, Hohmeier is responsible for overseeing the short- and long-term success of the branches within his region and ensuring profitable growth for the company. He will also provide leadership and mentoring as needed to assist the branch offices, ensure accountability of the Branch Managers, work with the branches to develop the local customer market and marketing plans, plus implement any new service offers, among other responsibilities.
Hohmeier joined Western in 1998 as a Department Manager where he performed estimating, sales and project management. He was promoted in 2004 to Branch Manager of Western’s St. Louis Masonry Restoration branch, then to Region Manager in 2012.
Hohmeier, who resides in St. Louis, MO, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri – Rolla.
