Target will remodel the grocery departments in 30 of its stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth market with new shelves and lighting fixtures designed to look more like a fresh grocer than a typical Target store, according to the Dallas News. The retailer tested the new look in 25 stores in the Los Angeles area before deciding to take it to Texas.
