Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted its client in selling a property near Page and Lindbergh to a long-time lawn care business.
Vogt Lawn Care, a family owned and operated company, recently purchased a 7,000-square-foot building at 10887 Indian Head for $270,000.  The new building has ample office and warehouse space, as well as an outside storage yard, for the eight-person company.
Founded in 2003, owner Scott Vogt and his son Zach provide lawn care and maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal.  Fusion Support Services, a manufacturer and distributor of HDPE pipe fittings, was the prior owner and tenant.
