Plenty can be improved upon in the workplace. Buzzwords like “quiet quitting”, “quiet firing”, and “quiet promoting” all point to disconnects between employers and employees that need to be addressed.

In light of all this, a new survey from JobSage found that 63% of Americans said they are thriving at their current position.Findings:

• The industries where employees are thriving the most: 1. Real Estate 2. Nonprofits 3. Finance. 4. Art & Design 5. Architecture & Construction

• Workers thriving report being happy with: 1. Work-life balance 2. The work itself 3. Career advancement opportunities.

• Other ideal workplace conditions include flexible hours, a favorable salary and a supportive manager.

• 52% of surveyed respondents said they would thrive under managers that trust them and recognize their accomplishments.
