The Wall Street Journal reports that Macy’s will spend $100 million and the next three years remodeling its Fulton Street store in Brooklyn, N.Y., adding modern upgrades and period touches to the historic 11-story building. The store will stay open during construction, which will be financed from the $270 million sale of the upper floors and air rights to real estate firm Tishman Speyer earlier this year.
