FRCH Design Worldwide is proud to announce the promotion of five members to their senior leadership in the Cincinnati office.
With offices in Cincinnati, New York City, and Los Angeles, FRCH has more than doubled its workforce in recent years – growing from 116 employees in 2010, to a current roster of over 240 employees today and looking to hire additional architects and designers in the 2016 year.
Chad Marchese has been promoted to creative managing director, hospitality.
Marchese brought his creative experience to the Hospitality studio when he moved from New York in 2006. He quickly became the go-to guy for bigger signage projects and has been deeply involved in international Hampton and Hilton prototypes, and he is also the driving force for the Brewery Heritage trail graphics.
Matt Davidson was recently promoted to vice president, I.T. department. Davidson began with the firm in 2003 and has continually taken on larger responsibilities within the technology department. Davidson and his team have worked tirelessly to keep all of our locations connected through advanced technology and creative solutions, and is always willing to jump in and help with firm wide initiatives such as United Way and the American Cancer Society Hope Ride event.
Lori Kolthoff was promoted to vice president, resource design. Kolthoff’s career with FRCH has spanned 18 years. Throughout that time she has grown and led our innovative resource design solutions and she has become a significant voice and nationally known expert throughout the industry in that time. Kolthoff has played a significant role in nearly every specialty retail project and client relationship, and is a trusted expert and mentor to the entire firm.
Adrianne Korczynski has been promoted to vice president, hospitality. Korczynski has been with the firm since 2002 and was an early addition to the newly formed Hospitality studio at that time. Her ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and deliver beyond their expectations is a huge part of our very successful 15-year history with Hilton, and she most recently led the overall team effort for the new Tru by Hilton hotel brand, which debuted last week in LA
Jennifer Nelson was recently promoted to vice president, specialty retail architecture. Nelson started with the firm in 2010 and quickly took on duties as the Operations Manager within the SRA studio. She has been a driving force on many important client relationships including the Darden account and MOD Pizza and tirelessly works to keep track of nearly all the projects and staffing within the studio.
