Mr. Barake will oversee business development in San Francisco as the company continues its growth and expansion throughout Northern California and delivers sophisticated, world-class projects. Suffolk has successfully managed complex building construction projects in high-growth sectors, including residential mixed-use, life sciences, higher education, mission critical and data centers, commercial, aviation/transportation and government, among others.

Mr. Barake has more than ten years of partnership development experience in the real estate development and construction space. In his previous positions, Mr. Barake has supported his firms’ expansion in a variety of sectors, including complex, large-scale residential, mixed-use, higher education and hospitality developments. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment and passion for community involvement, team building, external partnership management and client relations.
