Indiana mall will be revitalized into a ‘live-work-play’ venue

Leaders in Michigan City, Indiana are making plans to redevelop the Marquette Mall and Office Tower property into a mixed-use destination with more dining options, housing and public spaces. Plans for the property, which currently only has a few tenants and spans 62.58 acres, include changing the indoor mall corridor into an indoor/outdoor paseo with shops and cafes, adding shorter commercial buildings along the street by the office tower and building townhomes and multifamily apartments.
