The high quality, American made, The Compotite Linear Drain System™ adds modern style and functionality to any custom tile or
stone shower installation.
The Compotite Linear Drain System™ allows large format tile or stone to be used on shower floors by utilizing a plank pitch installation. The Compotite Linear Drain System is ideal for tub to shower conversions and barrier free showers.
The one-piece, ABS molded drain is available in four of today’s most popular sizes: 42”, 36”, 32” and 24”. The drain body, sloped internally and externally, has a proprietary inside step that is designed to be used with the Grate Risers™ and Compotite’s versatile top options. The drain body also comes with a one inch (1”) textured bonding flange, which allows for excellent adhesion with liquid or bonded membranes.
The System includes four options for the drain:
• Compotite Tile-In Top™- Allows the water to drain around the perimeter of a removable and tiled cover
• Compotite Tile-Over Top™- Makes the drain disappear into a completely tiled shower floor where water drains into a single ¼” slot for a seamless look
• Compotite Linear Drain Body- Offers a low profile streamlined design
• Compotite Linear Drain Body with Stainless Steel Grates- Available in Mission Style or Oval Style The Compotite Linear Drain System also includes:
• Integrated Removable Hair Strainer
• 2-3mm and 4-6mm Grate Risers™ (patent pending) that allow easy height adjustment for different surface tile thicknesses
• Cut & Cap™- Allows the drain body to be modified anywhere along the slope so that custom drain sizes and off-set drain installations can be achieved
