Construction of Lima Hotel‘s newest offering, a $60 million to $70 million hotel-apartment property in Washington, D.C., is expected to begin in mid-2016, according to condo developer Habte Sequar. The development will have 200 hotel rooms and 30 apartments; the latter will be on the top three floors of the 14-story structure.
