Whether you’re considering a primary residence or investment property, now might be the time to consider resuming your house search. And because the workforce is on the rise again, there will be new locations primed for new real estate markets. But where are the best regions to consider? Here are the 8 areas at the top of the list for you to consider.

1. Austin, Texas

You could be looking for homes in new homes in clermont fl, or you could consider Austin, Texas. Austin isn’t as ritzy as New York or Los Angeles, but it still has the big city atmosphere that most people are looking for. The warm weather definitely helps too, as well as the fact that Austin ranks highly as one of the best-performing job markets since the pandemic started.

2. Raleigh, North Carolina

Also known as the “Triangle” area, the population growth of Raleigh has continued to increase over the years and is set to continue doing so for the next 15 years. There are high-paying jobs in the tech field, making it an attractive market for investors. Raleigh is also considered the cultural hub of North Carolina, rich with science, history, art, and children’s museums to keep anyone entertained.

3. Orlando, Florida

The cost of living in Orlando is at least 5% lower than the national average and continues to be ranked highly as one of the best places to live in the United States. Temperatures rarely fall below 60 degrees, making it a great vacation spot, but more and more people are moving there permanently. Mostly because they don’t have to pay personal or sales income taxes.

4. Phoenix, Arizona

The values of homes in Phoenix, Arizona have been increasing over the years, due to the demand of new home buyers moving into the area. Home prices are slightly above the national average, but the cost of living is also below the national average as well.

5. Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville has been constantly ranked as one of the best metro areas for jobs and economic growth. It offers employment in a wide array of industries that attract people from all walks of life.

6. San Antonio, Texas

San Antonio recently became a buyer’s market, making it quite attractive to new homeowners looking to get a flair for the Old West heritage. San Antonio is considered one of the fastest growing metros in the country, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

7. Atlanta, Georgia

Atlanta continues to grow yearly, with more and more people moving to the city. The cost of living is 1% less than the national average, and has a wide range of business opportunities that are attracting plenty of people from out of state.

8. Charlotte, North Carolina

Charlotte continues to be one of the best places to live in North Carolina, mostly because of the access to both mountains and beaches at the same time. However, the costs of living are much lower than in the rest of the country, and it has plenty to offer in terms of nature.

Home-buying is still on the rise, despite the increased mortgage rates for new buyers, meaning that you have to up your game before all of the good areas are taken. Consider investing as soon as possible before you miss out.
