That includes finance, funding measures, and fiscal instruments. A combination of financial solutions is utilized together to deliver an economic program.  
For example, a results-based overseas or financing development assistance program ought to select a series of measures while working with a range of stakeholders to deliver financial solutions for enabling market transformations.
