On January 1, 2014, Rocky Marzzarella will officially succeed Tom Gaffney as the new Director of Operations of The John Hardy Group.Having worked his way up the ranks of The John Hardy Group for the past 16 years, Marzzarella understands the needs of the renowned hospitality development services company. He is well-regarded in the industry, having spent most of his 35 working years in the development and construction management business, and being involved in managing in excess of 100 major hotels, resorts and convention centers, and numerous smaller assignments. During his tenure, his projects ranged from the development, redevelopment and/or the construction of these hotel projects as well as performing due diligence reviews, providing advisory services and owners representation services.
