1,001 women in construction on state of the industry

Levelset has created some specialty content for Women in Construction Week that I thought might be of interest for your team and your readers.

The highlight is the Survey of Women in Construction, which surveyed 1,001 women in architecture, general contracting, subcontracting, and other areas.

Here are some of the results:

78% of women surveyed said they love their job

81% said their leaders encourage respect toward women

70% say their role in the industry is changing for the better

65% said fewer than 1 in 10 company employees are women

4 in 10 have experienced discrimination because of their gender
