Two WWHGD attorneys have garnered the prestigious Best Lawyers® 2016 “Lawyer of the Year” recognition.  Each year this selective honor is bestowed on only a single lawyer in each practice area and designated metropolitan area.  In Atlanta, Partner Billy Gunn was honored for Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants and Partner Tony Smith was recognized for Litigation – Construction.

Tony focuses his practice on construction litigation throughout the world.  His vigorous work ethic has garnered successful results for his clients both in trial and through settlements.  In addition, Tony continues to arbitrate on high-profile construction cases both within the US and internationally.
This is Gunn’s first Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” award.  Gunn focuses on attaining successful results for his clients in the field of medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases.
